We no longer use thought
Determining liability
The parties responsible
Shoulder no blame at all
It just gets passed on infinitely

Ignorance is no excuse
But you’ll find the failure to use
Common sense can be
So mind the gaps in your written contracts
Be aware of your duty to care
In the end you’ll sadly see

Responsibility
Never falls on you or me
Someone somewhere should have done
Something differently
So I’ll use at my own risk
But you can depend on this
